Like many well-known corporations (Apple, Hewlett-Packard, Google and Microsoft, to name a few), Frolov Technology, started in the garage of its owner, Dimitri Frolov. With the help of an occasional friend from high school, and some determination, Dimitri made his goal to deliver high levels of IT services to Small Businesses across Fairfield County. Thus Frolov technology Experts was born. Dimitri has over 20 years in the industry starting out as a Microsoft Beta tester in the mid 1990's.
